Now that we are loading the stores from the CloudLink Zone, and updated the table tbCFAMessage so we can check duplicates on there, there is some clean up that we need to do around the CFA Polling Service
Some of the logging is just too much as well, e.g. "No messages could be found on the queue" is no longer necessary.
Improve the logging for when the stores are looked up and compared to the CloudLink zone
