Feature: CFAMX-12797 Auto Notifications - INTL - Support language based Auto Notifications

Steps:
1. Navigate to Admin > Admin > Entity Manager
2. Click the Contacts tab (NOTE: Ensure store selected matches store being tested)
3. Enter your email address for the Primary Contact
4. Login to MxConnect
5. Navigate to user icon > Settings > Notification and select a language (French or Spanish)
6. Complete the Workflow process and finalize Day

Expected Result:
Date should be translated based off the notification language selected

Actual Result:
Date is not being translated for French/Spanish notifications
