      Description

      Reproduction steps:
      1) Log in to http://localhost:9000/services
      2) Navigate to CFA Polling Service Details
      3) Select the 'Configuration' tab
      4) Enter '101' under Thread Count
      5) Click Update
      6) Navigate away from the page and back again

      Expected result:
      The value must remain as the previously entered value

      Actual Result:
      The value is being updated to '101'
