CLONE 2021R4 - Display Assigned Cashier on the Closing Change Fund page when the page is not Authorized (when authorized do not display)

Expected Result

After completing the Closing Change Fund and a variance is assigned to cashier 'Teegardin, Tiffany - (Shift 1)' the user is returned to the Closing Change fund page and value for the Assigned Cashier: is displayed as  'Teegardin, Tiffany - (Shift 1)' as expected. 

And this is the main point - when the user navigates away and then back the Assigned Cashier value which is Tiffany... is still displayed

Actual Result

After navigating away and then back the value is not displayed.
