Story
As a user, I would like to be able to roll back the completion of the Daily Sales section so that I am confident that there are no outstanding workflows.
UI Details
Acceptance Criteria
- A new roll back option is available to users that re-runs the “Daily Sales” validation check.
- When the user selects this option, they are presented with a modal to confirm their actions. The modal should read as follows:
- Title: Daily Sales Roll Back
- Body: You are attempting to roll back the Daily Sales task. If any open Workflows are found for the month selected during the roll back process, the Daily Sales task will return to the “Review Task” state. You will then need to complete these open Workflows in order to complete the Daily Sales task. Would you like to continue?
- Footer: “Cancel” Button and “Continue” button.
- The Daily Sales validation runs every time the user opens the EOM page even if the state of Daily Sales in “Complete”.
- If the validation finds open workflows for the month, the Daily Sales task is returned to the “Review Task” state and the open Workflows are displayed as expected.
- If the validation finds no open Workflows, the Daily Sales task is marked as “Complete”.
- The point of this is to make sure that the auto complete is not too aggressive. If we continually poll the status of open Workflows, we should never get into a state where the user can finalize the EOM with open workflows.
