      Steps:
      1. User navigates to the Nav Menu > End of Month
      2. User clicks the Review Task button on the Expenses to be Transferred section
      3. User adds an expense to be transferred to another store
      4. User completes the EOM

      Expected Result:
      User should receive two auto notifications (EOM and Expenses Transferred)

      Actual Result:
      Expenses Transferred Auto Notification is not being receieved. Tbaudit table is showing an error regarding the transfer
