Item Maintenance (ie Reporting Unit) is not matching Count case size

Load the Inventory file for itemcode 608230 in testing >>tbItem and tbEntityItem created - PUOM and StocktakeUnit1 = 10 Lb Case

Load Vendor Item file for this item - itemid =4805 - PUOM =2 Lb Bag, Inner = 2Lb Bag

Create  INCLUDE rule for The Martin Brower Company 

Apply Rule 

Run Enable Entity Items from Active Vendor Items

Entity Item Record is set to In Use

Run Vendor Item Import and the same Vendor Item file a second time

Expected Result

Create a Spot Count - Case Size should be 2 Lb Bag

Item Maintenance - Reporting Unit should be 2lb Bag

Actual Result

 Case size is 10 lb Bag

Item Maintenance page display 10 Lb Case for Inventory Unit

The issue seems to be that the reporting unit in the tbVendorEntityItem is not being updated from the VendorItem  Purchase Unit. Please see this itemcode above in testing.
