      1. Go to https://m.informtesting.cfahome.com/?bypass_sso=true#/
      Username: ava.woods1
      2. Click on Create/Receive Order
      3. Click on "Create" -> Click on "Add Order"
      4. Hover mouse over "Añadir artículos"

      Expected Result:

      Remove both the tooltips on add order page. 

      Actual Result:

      Tooltip is in English "Add Item(s)"
