Feature: CFAMX-12797 - Auto Notifications - INTL - Support language based Auto Notifications

Steps:
1. User logins as Sysadmin on MMS
2. User navigates to Admin tab > Admin > Auto Notification
3. User selects Transfer Reequest Declined under the Notification dropdown
4. User scrolls to XSLT section

Expected Result:
XSLT should be displayed

Actual Result:
XSLT section is NOT displayed
