Caner - Order Guide - Scheduled Job to Reintroduce Discontinued items

As an admin I want the a job that will reintroduce discontinued items so that I can temporarily discontinue an item

Notes

• There maybe a supply chain issue whereby an item is not available from a specific vendor for two weeks, so rather than changing other rules, an exclude rule could be created with a start and end date
• Wills thoughts on how this might work:
  • Allow the entry of both a Start Date and an End Date for an Exclude rule (CFAMX-1583)
  • Run a daily job that looks for exclude rules with an end date of yesterday
  • Expire that rule (soft delete)
  • Clear out the discontinue date of those vendor entity items that were excluded
  • Reapply the rules for the item
  • The item should now be introduced, based on the fact that it has an introduction date of when it was originally introduced

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that an exclude rule can be expired (soft delete) and that the item is reintroduced
2. Confirm that the job looks for any rules that have an end date that is in the past, that is not yet expired, and expires those rules
3. Confirm that once an exclude rule is expired, the discontinue date is cleared out from the Vendor Entity Items
4. Confirm that once an exclude rule is expired, and the discontinue date is cleared out, that the item rules are reapplied for ALL Rules relating to the item
5. Patch back to R1
