Transfer Declined emails are no longer working in testing

      Description

      Store - 01919 Transfers to Store 00714 and Store 00714 Declines the Transfer

      Expected - we should see a Transfer Decline email - but we are not.

       

      Notes: I have Transfer Decline Email on 6/9/2021. This is a Partial Decline but I also have complete declines.

       

       

      IE does not display all fields when setting up this DECLINE auto-notification like Chrome:
