As a user, I would like to have M2 Counts/Ordering/Transfers links working correctly

- Confirm that Each Count links working properly
- Confirm that Each Ordering links working properly
- Confirm that Each Transfers links working properly
- Confirm that Dynamic Paths are working properly meaning if the config(display m2 page) is off for a section then MXC should be displayed otherwise M2 page.
