2019.R2(S1)XSLT Setup Page: Date Format is incorrect and could be the reason why exports do not generate from this page

      Description

      While testing the new Vendor Rules export, I discovered that I cannot generate the export from the XSLT setup page.  I noticed too, that the date format on this page is incorrect:

      I'm not sure the two issues are related, but that's what I'll assume unless further investigation tells us otherwise. Thanks!
