CLONE 2021R5 - esPR | Cash Management | Paid In When Clicking on the edit icon, it displays the English version instead of ESPR

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the Workflow icon to display the Daily Workflow menu.
   2. Click on Paid In/Out
   3. Select the pencil icon to edit a record
   4. The drop down before clicking displays the English version.
   5. Once you click the drop down, the English version fades away and we are left with the ESPR version only.

Expected Result:

Should not see the English version
