No CFA Testing - Automate Load Testing

Currently, all load testing is done manually. There is quite a bit of work that can be automated which will save a significant amount of time.

Candidates for automation (and sequence in which it should be developed):

Spin up/down of the Sandbox Environment (saves 1 hour) - CFAMX-1598

Reset database (not new data, existing data; saves 6.5 hours) - CFAMX-1599

Running Load Tests (Per Type) - CFAMX-1879

Set up and run with Sales Load (saves 2.5 hours each type) - CFAMX-1884

Harvest Data for analysis (saves .5 hours each type) - CFAMX-1600, CFAMX-1996
