Story
As a user, I would like the system to automatically determine if a new Workflow exists that I need to finalize even if the "Daily Sales" task is marked as "Complete".
Acceptance Criteria
- When the "Daily Sales" task is marked as "Complete", the system should re-poll the database to check for Workflow days that may have been created and are unfinalized for the month in question.
- If a new Workflow exists that needs to be finalized by the user, the "Daily Sales" task should go from the "Complete" state to the "Review Task" state. From here, the page follows the current functionality and displays all workflow days that need to be finalized for the month.
- When the End of Month has been marked, the Daily Sales task is always marked as Complete. We do not need to continue polling in this case.
