      Description

      INF-11721
      When the user clicks Monthly Count link for 1306, the page loads with Count - Invalid Date in header.

      Reproduction Steps:
      Store 1306
      Click Monthly Count link

      Expected Results:
      Count - <Month Period> in header 

      Actual Results:
      Page loads with Count - Invalid Date in header.

      this is another scenario when there are no previous counts but the error is different
