CLONE - 2019R1 - Sales Item Event - Null reference exception when using existing sales item

When trying to create a new sales item event using an existing event as a template which has no records in the sales item adjustments table, a null reference exception is throw.

This should be handled more gracefully.

STEPS:

• Store 00139 - Lennox Square
• When adding an Event, select: Will Sales item Test
• Click Next
• The Create page loads, with a message: The requested operation failed.
