Root Cause:It appears that the EntityId value was not being passed to the report. This value is used to determine some localization values.
Description
Unable to print order details of Placed orders
Environment : PROD and Testing
Store : All stores example 03664
Steps
1. Navigate to https://inform.cfahome.com/mms_logon.aspx?bypass_sso=true
2. Menu > Order Management > Create Order > View Placed Order
3. Actions > Print order details
Results : The Website cannot display the page
Expected : For the order guide to generate to be printed
In testing I get the following error
