Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on SSO
2. Navigate to https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/
3. Login Using SSO Credentials
4. Logout
5. User navigates back to https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/

Expected Result
Upon logout the SsoAuth should be deleted and the user should be taken back to the M2 site landing page

Actual Result:
User is redirected back to MxC as the user that logged into SSO instead of the M2 site and the SsoAuth still exists instead of being deleted
