Offsite Sales > Auto-notification for new or edited Offsite Sales Locations

Story
As a Corporate user, I want to receive an auto-notification when an Offsite Sales Location is added or edited.

Notes

1. This is a new Auto-notification
2. This Auto-notification should contain details of the store and the Offsite Sales Location added.
3. There are two parts to the notification.
   • The first notification will be a simple notification generated when a new Offsite Sales Location is added to InFORM. This notification notifies ServiceNow a new location has been added and they can start the onboarding process on the POS.
   • The data points needed in the auto-notification are:
     • Store Number
     • Offsite Sales Location Name
     • Offsite Sales Location Address 1
     • Offsite Sales Location Address 2
     • Offsite Sales Location Address 3
     • Offsite Sales Location City
     • Offsite Sales Location County
     • Offsite Sales Location State
     • Offsite Sales Location Zip

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when a new Offsite Sales Location is added to InFORM, an auto-notification is generated.
2. Confirm the notification email contains the Store Number
3. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location Name
4. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location Address
5. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location City
6. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location State
7. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location Zip Code
8. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location County
9. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location Name
10. Confirm the notification contains details that indicate that the OSM has been marked Active
