New "Add Items" button throws off rendering of the other buttons in the row

      Description

      The new "+Add Item(s)" on the Create Order page causes rendering problems for the other buttons in that row.

      Page must look good in the following scenarios: 

      Max window size on desktop

      Half window size on desktop

      Landscape mode on ipad

      Portrait mode on ipad

      Note - the button should not appear for orders that already placed (unless viewed on the receive order screen).
