Mobile SSO - Clear cookies if the redirect url is set to "MMS_Logon.aspx?SessionTimeout=True&v=pt"

      Description

      When testing SSO, we have run into a issue when navigating from MxC to MMS, via the Utilities > Legacy link.

      For some reason, there are times that the cookie gets stuck, and the user is directed from the MMS page to a SessionTimeout url

      The change should clear cookies if the user gets themselves into this state, we are unsure how to reproduce, but it has happened a couple of times now.
