CLONE - 2019R1 - Sales Item Events - Real estate on the ipad is chopping off a few fields - INF-11729

When the user is viewing for the iPAD, the following pages and fields are chopped:

Add items table
--Price Field needs more space or fit to value
Time Periods page
--Select Time Period(s) header chopped

• Select Time Period(s) cut off

• Price field cut off
  • 

Reproduction Steps:

Forecast>Manage Events
Add event
Add New Event
enter name
1. Click Time Periods
Click Back button
Click Add new items
Check a few items
Add items
2. View Table
Enter price for an item i.e $100.00

Expected Results:
1. Center the Select Time Period(s) over the checkbox
2. Extend to fit value

Actual Results:
1. Select Time Period(s) header chops part of the word Period(s)
2. Price field does not extend to display entire value
