A popup modal is not being displayed to warn user of dependent tasks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to M2
2. Click workflow icon and select Closing Change Fund

Expected Result
A popup modal to be displayed warning the user that there are dependent tasks:
Opening Change Fund
Change Fund Received
Change Fund Deposited

Actual Result:
The popup modal is not being displayed when you click on the workflow task, it needs you to refresh the page first.
