Authorizing Tasks in the Workflow is Not Automatically Updating Task as Completed (Highlighted Green)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to M2
2. Click workflow icon
3. Go to current Workflow Date
4. Enter the Overage/Shortage amount (highlighted orange) into the Cashier Tills field (Overage Shortage field should be zero once a value is entered)
5. Click the Authorize Button

Expected Result
Once the user clicks the Authorize button, the task should be marked as Completed and Highlighted Green

Actual Result:
Task is not Marked as Completed even though User has Authorized Amount
