2019.R2(S1):COH New Order Item-Requested Operation failed, when adding new item after count started

After starting a count within an order and then trying to add another new item to the order, the page throws a ROF - Incorrect syntax new '618'

Steps

1. Navigate to MMS order guide and remove/uncheck all items from Truett's /Local Produce
2. Create a new order for Truett's with local produce
3. Add item Milk to order
4. Start a count, but cancel (don't save the count amounts)
5. Add Baking Potato to the order

Results

ROF - Incorrect Syntax near '618'
