Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Mobile2 https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/m2/login?returnUrl=/
2. Change Store to 00442
3. Click the workflow icon and Pin the workflow
4. Click the Browser Refresh button

Expected Result
When the Browser is refreshed, workflow should still be Pinned

Actual Result:
When the Browser is refreshed, the workflow is un-pinned
