TESTING - Vendor Item Import - {UpdateVendorEntityItem} PerformStockCount

When including the field and directive to set the Perform Stock Count value, I see the following.

1. The log file that is created is blank (there should be something in there )
2. The Vendor Entity Item record is not updated

File used

• VENDORITEM_20190121i.csv

Field in the UI that should be updated

• 
• Wizard > Manage Inventory Items > SetRestaurants > Store Vendor Item Properties
  • Count as individual items

Field in the data base

• 
• tbVendorEntityItem > PerformStockCount

Expected Results

1. Log file is written out correctly
2. The Vendor Entity Item record is updated
