Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to M2
2. Navigate to User Settings > Change Store
3. Navigate to Inventory Transfer > Create
4. Navigate to Inventory Transfer > Open Transfers

Expected Result
ag-grid should display and data table should be displayed for each page

Actual Result:
ag-Grid does not appear to be displaying at all causing no data to display on the page
