      As a developer, I would like to have the es-PR locale available in the ngx-bootstrap the date picker.

       

      Description

      As part of this story we would like to make es-pr locale support to ngx-bootstrap library:

      here it the github link: https://github.com/valor-software/ngx-bootstrap

      Once the contribution is accepted and merge we will get the latest version of ngx-bootstrap and test it.

      3. Confirm that the es-pr culture works as expected in M2.
