Offsite Sales > Auto-notification for Inactive Offsite Sales Locations

Story
As a Corporate user, I want to receive an auto-notification when an Offsite Sales Location is marked inactive in InFORM.

Notes

1. This is a new Auto-notification  This Auto Notification will be the same auto-notification from CFAMX-1631, though the email's subject and body will change.
2. This Auto-notification should contain details of the store and the Offsite Sales Location added.

1. • The notification will be sent when an Offsite Sales Location is marked inactive. This notification will notify ServiceNow that an Offsite Sales Location will no longer be used at the end of the month and the deactivation process can be started.
   • The following data points are needed:
     • Store Number
     • Offsite Sales Location Name
     • Offsite Sales Location Inactive Date
       • The message for the second notification could be something like:
         • "This Offsite Sales Location has been ended with end-date: September 2018”

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when a new Offsite Sales Location is marked inactive, an auto-notification is generated.
2. Confirm the notification email contains the Store Number
3. Confirm the notification email contains the Offsite Sales Location Name
4. Confirm the notification contains the month and year the Offsite Location was marked inactive.
5. Confirm the notification subject contains the Store Number, OSM Name and Status.
