Further to the EOM slowdown that was seen during the November EOM, Tim indicated that there was significant blocking happening between different sections of MXC_UpdateBankingTransactions.
2, there was a significant amount of blocking between different sections of MXC_UpdateBankingTransactions, this is what I think may have lead to the sales queues backing up.
While we haven't touched these processes for several months (i.e. nothing in a new release), we should undertake some investigation to determine if there is an opportunity to improve these processes.
