Request from CFA

An automated way to export of all of the DLPS configuration tables used in seeding data for the DLPS module in AWS, which includes global as well as deviations.

CFA is attempting to make sure that DLPS is configured and working correctly. In order to do that they periodically wand to audit the DLPS configurations. We have done this in the past for them on and ad hoc basis.

The request to get this data ad hoc was handled in tickets CFAMX-12914 and CFAMX-14574

Basically, we want to make the methods from the tickets listed above into a data export so that CFA can get this data when they want it instead of having to request the time from an InFORM developer.
