Cust Mgmt > Audit updates to Customer Records

As a support tech I want to be able to review details of updates made to Customer Records in the Audit Log viewer so that I am better informed

Notes

• This will require a new Type of Audit, maybe On Account Sales
  • I would like to leverage this type for Customer details, customer history actions, credit management actions and Customer Sales Activities (coming soon to a release near you)

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new Type of Audit available in the Audit Log Viewer
2. Confirm that there is an audit record written when a new customer is created
   • Include the store, customer and user
3. Confirm that there is an option in the Audit Log Viewer, to filter on records for Customer Created
4. Confirm that there is an audit record written when customer details are updated
   • Include the store, customer and user
5. Confirm that there is an option in the Audit Log Viewer, to filter on records for Customer Updated
6. Confirm that there is an audit record written when customer details are changed to Inactive
   • Include the store, customer, status change and user
7. Confirm that there is an audit record written when customer details are changed to Active
   • Include the store, customer, status change and user
8. Confirm that there is an option in the Audit Log Viewer, to view audits that are created when a customer record is set to Active/inactive
   • Note: this could be a part of the Customer Updated audit record
