As a support tech I want to be able to view the history of changes made on the Customer History page so that I can be more informed
Notes
- The only available action on the Customer History page is to mark a record as Uncollectible
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that when a record is marked as Uncollectible an audit record is written
- Include the store, customer, details of the record, the user & that the record was marked as uncollectible
- Confirm that if multiple records are marked as uncollectible in one action, there is an audit record written for each record
- Confirm that audit is accessible under the new On Account Sales type (
CFAMX-1826) - Confirm that there is an option in the Audit Log Viewer, to view audits that are created when a transaction/record is marked as Uncollectible
