As a developer, I would like to add a data filter dropdown to filter the grid data by transfer status.

- The Transfer Status dropdown exists and is defaulted to "All Transfers"
- The dropdown options are:
- All Transfers
- Received With Checks
- Not Received
- When the user selects any of the options above, any row that does not match the user selection is filtered out of the results.
