Defect

When deleting items from the Create Transfer grid and then adding new items, those items plus the deleted items appear in the grid.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/m2/Inventory/Transfer/InitiateTransfer/create
2. Select a store
3. Click the Add New Items button
4. Select any items to add to the transfer
5. Delete all the items by clicking the trash cans on the right
6. Add new items

Expected Result
Only the second set of items must be displayed

Actual Result
Both sets of items are being displayed
