Currently LiveLink will zero out the QTY value for refunds that are not associated to a transaction. This was designed this way so that the PMIX would not double count items that have been sold/depleted from inventory.
A change to allow the PMIX to account for refunded items was introduced in 2019.R1 that accounts for the QTY of refunds that are linked to transactions, but not in the case where a refunded item is not linked to a transaction.
This story is to fix LiveLink so that these types of refunds are recognized so that the PMIX Refund QTY field can be calculated correctly
