      Description

      Add refund count to PMIX export. Details included in linked Google Doc

      CFA NOTE: The backend InFORM1.0 java service (i.e. the CashManagement webservice) will need to be updated and a new column added to the CFARIS.CFA_Product_Mix table to hold this refund count. We'll also need to coordinate with Justin Long and Stephen Meadows to let them know when this change will occur.
