EOM MXC Staging - Slowness when Adding data to most sections and failures

      Description

      Scenario - when adding data to sections for EOM, the ADD is taking some time. We are receiving 500 from CFA in these cases however, this should not impact the saving of the data on our side. 

      Steps to recreate 

      1)Login to MXC in staging 

      2) Select any store in the environment 

      3)In any section where data can be added, add data or a new row of data or edit existing data.

      Defect - System will display progression bar in some cases for 2 minutes or longer before inserting the data on our side.  

      This was not observed in testing since the services were always up.
