Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to M2 on iPad
2. Change Store to 03700 - Avalon FSU
3. Navigate to Inventory Transfer > Open Transfers
4. Click the Open Transfer
5. Expand both the Items Details and Decline Panels

Rows should be constrained to Table Width
