Modify Vendor Item Import Provider

Modify the Import provider to:

• check if the code provided by the import is not in use.
• set the comment field to contain previous value
• ensure that the VendorItem's VendorItemCode is changed.
• ensure that the VendorEntityItem's VendorItemCode's are changed accordingly (if the directive is presented)
