As a user, I would like to be able to defer transfer decisions for a day.

Details

Why "Push to Tomorrow" is a Feature

1. A transfer has been created between Sending Store and Receiving Store.
2. The Receiving Store needs to create an order with the open transfer.
3. When they attempt to create the order they are stopped and presented with the "Open Transfers" modal.
4. Clicking "OK" takes the user to the "Open Transfers" page.
5. From the Open Transfers page the user selects an open transfer.
6. In the "Actions" dropdown there is a option to "Push to Tomorrow"
7. When the user selects this option they are taken back to the "Open Transfers" page and presented with a success toast. See screenshot.
8. The user can then go back and create a new order with the open transfer.
9. Tomorrow, when the user again attempts to create a new order, they will be presented with the "Open Transfers" modal.
10. This time, they will not be able to push the same transfer to tomorrow as this action is only available once. The option is removed from the "Actions" dropdown.
11. This functionality also exists in "Counts".

2. The Open Transfers modal appears when they try

4. From the Transfer Details page the user can select to "Push to Tomorrow"
   1. The user can only select this option once
5. The user can the create a new order
