As a user, I would like an icon present in "Transfer History" so that I know when a store has accepted a partial transfer.
Details
When a receiving store only accepts part of a sent transfer, creating a partial transfer, the history for that transfer includes an icon the denotes this partial transfer state.

Confirm in the case where part of a transfer is denied;
- The history for the partial transfer includes an icon in next to the transfer status.
- This icon appears in the history of both the sending and receiving stores.
- Hovering over this icon displays a tooltip labeled "Partial Transfer".
