As an admin, I would like to be able to switch Inventory Adjustments to and from M2 and MxC.

- A new configuration is available in the Mobile2 section - "Enable Mobile2 Inventory Adjustments".
- When the config is selected the M2 version of Inventory Adjustments is displayed.
- When the config is not selected, the MxC version of the site is displayed via iframe.
