Description

Story
As a supply chain user who performs inventory counts, I would like the system to require me to enter a date and time for applying the inventory count.

Notes

The Finish Count modal will require the user to enter a Date and Time in order to submit an inventory count.
The Apply Count button will be disabled until the user inputs a valid date and time.
- Mockup:
The user will not have the ability to select and enter a date in the future.
Add a new configuration option to support this:
- Configuration Manager: Mobile > Inventory > Apply Count - Prompt to enter date and time

Acceptance Criteria

Confirm when the finish count modal is displayed, the user is required to input a date.
Confirm when the finish count modal is displayed, the user is required to input a time.
Confirm the Apply Count button is disabled until a date and a time have both been input.
Confirm the time, once selected, for the apply time is the restaurants local time.
Confirm the user cannot select a date in the future.
Confirm if the user selects a date in the future, a warning message is displayed.
