Item Maintenance Page - iPad - Headers and Columns in Inventory View are cut off in Portrait & Landscape - INF-11757

Found in Testing - but also visibile in JAT

When user selects Inventory View filter from IM page, when in Portrait mode, on iPad, columns and headers are cut off in landscape & portrait view.

Reproduction Steps:
Log on to ipad
log on to MXC
Navigate to IM page
select Default view and change to Inventory View
select an item
turn iPad from portrait to landscape

Expected Results:
no columns and headers should be cut off in landscape & portrait view. 

columns and headers are cut off in landscape & portrait view.

Item Maintenance - Default View - Safety Stock Section in Right Hand panel

When viewing the Inventory View - Safety Stock columns hide behind the Right Hand panel

Add the Safety Stock fields to the Right Hand panel when in iPad Mode and using Inventory View
