      Description

      As a store manager I want the Customer Management page to include the nice to haves so that the page is consistent with other MxC pages

      Notes

      • Display message in grid when no records are present
      • Disable the "Save" button until a change to the form is made

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm a message is displayed under the grid headers when there are no customers associated to a store
      2. Confirm customers, and not a message are displayed under the grid headers when there are customers associated to a store
      3. Confirm the Save button is disabled until a change is made to the data in the form
