As a store manager with access to the Customer History page I want to be able to access a Credit Management page so that I can manage credit for the account for the selected customer

- Add new Credit Management Page (mostly blank)
- Add a way to navigate from the Customer History page to the Credit Management page
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that it is possible to navigate to the Credit Management page from the Customer History page
- Confirm that the page heading is:
- Credit Management - Customer Name
- For example: Credit Management - Buba Cathy
- Display on the page:
- A blank grid for Credit History
- Confirm that there is a Back button to get back to the previous screen
- Confirm that help articles can be configured for this page
- Confirm that while this page will not be accessed directly from the MMS Menu, but from the Customer History page in MMS, the page can be successfully accessed
- Confirm that help articles can be configured for the page when it is displayed in MMS
